We offer FREE shipping across India. Our orders are shipped out directly from our warehouses, and we intend to make your delivery fastest with complete care of the product.
Due to the increase in demand, please allow us an estimated time of 3-8 days for your customized order to get created, processed and delivered to your doorstep.

1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an AWB number(within1-2 days) once you place an order. You can track your order on our Tracking Page with the help of the AWB number.

2. WHY MY ORDER IS SHIPPED IN A DIFFERENT PACKAGE?

If you have ordered multiple items, each item may get shipped from a different warehouse depending on the availability and delivery service for the destination location.
Also, if an item has high demand and is on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times and in different packages in order to achieve the fastest delivery.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?


We dispatch all the orders with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back, or gets lost during the delivery process, WE APOLOGISE! The postal service is out of our control. However, in such cases, if possible, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
