Exchange Policy

In order to process an exchange, please contact us for a the authorization.

We accept exchanges within 7 DAYS of delivery. The items must be received in new, unused condition.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer easy exchange process on all orders except WINTER WEAR. To exchange an item, please contact us and we will generate an exchange authorization for you. Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. We honor FREE exchanges for cases related to product size issues only.

Returns are only applicable for cases where product is received in a damaged condition or wrong product is received.

Returns and Exchanges are not applicable for cases where buyer feels that the product quality is feeble. Also, returns and exchanges are not applicable on Apparels (Winter WEAR - Jackets & Coats etc).

 

INVALID REASONS

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at IndiHopShop.

We will NOT accept exchanges for the following items::

  • Edible and perishable items like food, treats etc
  • Beds, play pens, crates & carriers
  • Winter Wear (Jackets, Coats, Blankets & Matts).

Exchanges will also not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
  • Product is used or altered
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
  • Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

Refunds are not available and all scenarios (if any) shall be dealt with Exchanges.
