Exchange Policy



We accept exchanges within 7 DAYS of delivery. The items must be received in new, unused condition. To exchange an item, please contact us and we will generate an exchange authorization for you. Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. 

We honor FREE exchanges for cases related to product size issues only or in case product is received in a damaged condition or wrong product is received.

Exchanges are ONLY applicable to below items :

  • Personalized Dog Harness
  • Personalized Collar

We will NOT accept exchanges for the following items/collections::

  • Edible and perishable items like food, treats etc.
  • Beds, crates & carriers
  • Winter Wear (Jackets, Coats, Blankets & Matts).
  • Dog beds, Metal Id Tags, Fridge Magnet, Pet Portraits.
  • Supreme Harness
  • PRO Harness
  • Toys, Grooming & Accessories, Training, Collars Leash and Chains
  • Anything else except Personalized Harness and Personalized Collars. 

Exchanges will also not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • If request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery
  • Product is used or altered
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
  • Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Buyer feels that the product quality is feeble
  • Buyer no longer wants the items

Refunds are not available and all scenarios (if any) shall be dealt with Exchanges.

In case a customer claims that product was found missing inside the shipment box, in order to send you the product we would require an unboxing video from the customer.


  1. Contact Customer Support: If you wish to exchange a product, reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item via email ( or WhatsApp (+91-8448363087) to inform about your exchange. 

  2. Provide Video Proof: To initiate the exchange process, please record a short video showing the size issue or defect with the product. This helps us expedite the resolution.

  3. Review and Approval: Our team will review the video and assess the eligibility for exchange. Once approved, we'll guide you through the next steps.

  4. Pack the product: After approval, securely package the product and keep it ready. We will generate the reverse pickup and keep you posted on the pickup date. 

  5. Receive Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we'll process the exchange and send you the replacement product promptly.

Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you throughout the exchange process.
